Promote efficient HOA administration responsive to the needs of its residents.
Enforce rules and covenants that preserve and enhance property values.
Support operating and capital initiatives that benefit the greater good of the community.
Offer a variety of well-maintained and up-to-date executive style amenities - clubhouse, pool, tennis courts with backboard, basketball court, baseball diamond and recreation field, playground, walking paths, and lagoons.
Maintain neighborhood’s natural beauty by preserving common area green space, protecting mature trees and wildlife habitat, and implementing landscape management best practices.

The Buckhead North Homeowners Association encompasses the following seven subdivisions: Cambridge Phase II, Chastain, East Chastain, Kingston, McGregor, Sandy Springs, and Shadow Moss.
